30-Day Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn/unused)
  • With tags (if applicable)
  • In its original packaging
  • With receipt or proof of purchase (order number)

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at contact@londontreehouses.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions (and, where applicable, a return label). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalised items (special orders)
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. In many cases, refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
